1 Can Mexi-corn
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Mayo
4 Chopped Onions (optional)
½ cup your favorite Rafter 7S pepper Jelly or 1/4 cup hot pepper jelly (use more or less to taste)
2 Cups Shredded Co-jack Cheese
Mix well. Chill. Serve with corn chips.
Use For Grilling:
Cook steak, chicken or other meat until half done. Brush with your favorite pepper jelly. This gives it a spicy-sweet flavor.
