We have listed some recipes for use with Rafter 7S Pepper Jellies. Any variety can be used. You can vary the amount used in each recipe. Use more or less to taste. Just choose your favorite!

Serving Suggestions:


  • Pepper Jellies or Pepper Glazes can be used as a glaze on meat - steak, chicken, pork, ham, etc.

  • Toast a bagel, spread with cream cheese, then top with your favorite pepper jelly.

  • Spread your favorite pepper jelly over whipped cream cheese on a plate. Serve with crackers, it is a great snack!

  • Mix with sour cream and use as a dip with chips or pretzels.

  • Drizzle over cheesecake (recipe coming soon).

  • Use as an ice cream topping - very unusual, and very tasty!

* Be sure to always use clean utensils when dipping into the jelly. You do not want to get uncooked meat juices into the unused portion of the jelly.

  • One Pound Ground Beef
  • ½ Cup Oatmeal
  • ¾ Cup Tomato Juice
  • ½ Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbl. (more or less to taste) your favorite Rafter 7S pepper jelly or glaze.

  • Combine all in a bowl. Mix well. Place in a greased baking dish.

    Bake 325° degrees for about 1 hour.


    Spread cream cheese on a plate, top with your favorite pepper jelly and serve with your favorite crackers.

  • 1 Can Mexi-corn
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 4 Chopped Onions (optional)
  • ½ cup your favorite Rafter 7S pepper Jelly or 1/4 cup hot pepper jelly (use more or less to taste)
  • 2 Cups Shredded Co-jack Cheese

  • Mix well. Chill. Serve with corn chips.

    Use For Grilling:
    Cook steak, chicken or other meat until half done. Brush with your favorite pepper jelly. This gives it a spicy-sweet flavor.


    Use as a side dish for ham, roast or other meats.

    (Be sure to always use a clean utensil when dipping into the unused portion of the glaze)

  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • ½ Cup Pepper Jelly or
  • ¼ Cup Hot Pepper Jelly

  • Mix well. Serve with chips or pretzels.

    Use as a Relish:
    Use as a side dish for ham, roast or other meats.


  • 2 cups flour
  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅔ cup butter
  • 2 8-oz. packages cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk

  • Mix till like coarse crumbs.

    Press into 13x9x2 greased pan.

    Bake 350 oven for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile mix 2-8oz packages cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup milk.

    Pour over crust.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes (until test done).

    Cool.

    When serving, drizzle with you favorite Rafter 7S pepper glaze. Or try using the Sandhill's Cowboy Syrup.


    Mix two tablespoons your favorite Rafter 7S pepper glaze with three or four tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt.

    Use on you lettuce or spinach salad-Try Raspberry Jalapeno Glaze and raspberry yogurt.

  • 1-1 pound cocktail franks
  • 6 ounces (1/2 bottle) your favorite Rafter 7S Pepper Glaze

  • Mix together in saucepan or crockpot.

    Heat to simmer. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.

    Recipe can be doubled or tripled to serve your crowd.


  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Rafter 7S pepper jelly or 1/4 cup Rafter 7S Hot Pepper Jelly (use more or less to taste)

  • Mix well. Serve with Chips or pretzels.

    For an unusual dessert, drizzle Rafter 7S pepper glazes over ice cream.

    This will surprise and delight your guests!

    Try Strawberry Jalapeno Glaze over Chocolate Ice Cream.

    If you do not like the spicy-try using the Sandhill's Cowboy Syrup.
